Live demonstrations of SR Producer are offered every week over the telephone on the following schedule.

•   Thursdays at 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (except government holidays).

  To participate, click the link below to send an email requesting participation and stating the date on which you would like to participate. Within one business day you will receive an email confirming your participation and giving you a phone number to call at the appointed time. If your requested class is full, an alternate will be suggested.

  When you call in on the appointed day, you will be instantly connected to a live demonstration over our conference bridge. The moderator will walk you through some of the major functions and features of SR Producer. You can expect that 3-10 other users will be on the line with you.

•   How to Prepare for the Demonstration

  The moderator of the demonstration/training session will assume that you have already downloaded the free trial version (or purchased a copy) of SR Producer from this website. Do not call into the demonstration if you have not installed the software.
  
  When you call into the demonstration, you should be sitting at your computer with a broadband internet connection. We will provide you would a link to an online meeting (using GoToMeeting) where you will be able to view the presenter's desktop. You should hold your questions and comments until the moderator asks for questions. Please make sure you are in a quiet room, as any noise or background music will be heard by all participating.
