What is SR Producer?
SR
Producer is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. A "plug-in" is
software which you install on your local computer and which modifies
its parent program, usually by adding custom features and capabilities.
SR Producer will add hundreds of features to your Outlook program designed
specifically for real estate professionals. Among other things, these
features will allow you to work with properties and documents within
your Outlook, accomplish mail merges, manage marketing campaigns, and
synchronize your Outlook data with your SettlementRoom transaction management
account.

Do
I Need to Own a Copy of Microsoft Outlook?
Yes.
SR Producer works "inside" of your Microsoft Outlook program.
After installing SR Producer, you will notice lots of new features
and capabilities inside of your Outlook program, however, none of
the old features will be removed. You'll still be able to keep using
your Outlook the way you did in the past, but now you will find many
new capabilities at your fingertips, such as mail/email merge, property
information, advanced contact and task management, marketing campaigns,
and of course, seamless synchronization with your SettlementRoom transaction
management account.
Even though SR
Producer will install itself as a "plug-in" to your personal
copy of Outlook, SR Producer will NOT change, erase, or modify
your Outlook data, and it can be easily uninstalled at any time without
any harm or damage to your Outlook data file and its contents.

Do I Need to Have
a SettlementRoom Account?
SR Producer can
be used with or without a SettlementRoom (www.settlementroom.com)
account. However, one of the most unique and powerful features of
SR Producer is its ability to synchronize your Outlook contacts and
tasks with the SettlementRoom transaction management software on the
web. Together, SR Producer and SettlementRoom create the most powerful
end to end marketing and transaction management solution on the market

How Does SR Producer
Work with SettlementRoom?
SettlementRoom
(www.settlementroom.com) is web-based software that manages all of
your communications, tasks, documents, messages, service orders, etc.
for each listing or transaction which you have active. Because it
is online, it gives your clients and vendors the ability to log in
for real time status, sends automatic email reminders for tasks to
other parties, and receives all of the transaction documents for central
access and archiving.
SR Producer also
allows you to manage all of your real estate contacts, tasks and appointments
within your Outlook program, adding complete email capability, marketing
and campaign management, powerful mail/email merge tools, and more.
Most importantly,
SR Producer adds to your Outlook file the ability to "Synchronize
Your Data with SettlementRoom." This means that with one or two
clicks, you can make sure that all of your Outlook Contacts are sent
to your SettlementRoom account, and all of your SettlementRoom tasks

How
Does the Free Trial Work?
The
SR Producer Free Trial allows you to download a fully functioning (not
disabled in any way) copy of SR Producer for your evaluation and use
for a period of 14 days. After you download the program, you may visit
the website at any time and purchase a "license key" for your
program. If you do NOT purchase and install this license key, your trial
copy of SR Producer will cease to function in 14 days (no harm will
occur to your previously existing Outlook data file). If you DO decide
to purchase a license key, your copy will simply continue to function
indefinitely. There are no annual maintenance fees or other charges.
Of course, the Free Trial is for SR Producer only. There are no free
trials for SettlementRoom or Microsoft Outlook, although SettlementRoom
does offer live personal demonstrations without obligation (www.settlementroom.com).
